You should know by now that no Prospector worth his salt will tell you exactly where he digs his gold. Right? As such, I assumed your comment was simply an open statement and not an actual question.

I know if about a half dozen Diggers who mentioned the area they were working (on Private Property no less) to people asking… and returned to find themselves barred from future entry after people tore up the ground at night… after fence-jumping.

I'm doing a book on these things as there's a demand for a publication showing maps and techniques. There's probably no real need for me to make a "How To" video on finding nuggets etc as there's a number of those type of videos currently available out there. I like the critters and I enjoy Prospecting and Detecting so this was sort of a compilation tape of all the fun stuff that I had sitting around on the computer.

I like your editing skills, you should work as a rep salesman for minelab. can you make another video something with more nuggets, dont get me wrong I love the wildlife out there in the outback on this video, mybe a video deminstrating were to hunt. flood plains,bedrock, creek, hillsides, drainages, ect.

The target in the creek (assuming it's the one I think you are referring to) was about 4 bits (tiny nuggets) of Gold that were clumped together and were each about the size of a grain of rice.

Yes, that is correct. Prospecting Mode is certainly more sensitive and goes deeper, but by switching to Coin/Relic mode, you can get a better idea of what you are about to dig by using the inbuilt discrimination features. If hunting in shallow ground, you can work in Coin/Relic mode and use the numbers to see what your target might be. Otherwise, I always hunt in Prospecting Mode for better sensitivity.
